The design concept advocates the students' freedom of artistic expression. Therefore, "A R T:" is used to express this concept; through the transformation of word meaning and word shape, the meaning of "beauty" is explored in the free rhythm of opening and closing. This concept is also implemented in the application system, such as the spacing between words in the signage system to represent the distance, the step graffiti, the folding material, etc., all of which illustrate the action recognition of one and the other. The dynamic visuals distinguish the unchanging design and make it more dynamic, allowing the concept of freedom of expression to penetrate into the minds of students.

设计理念主张学生对艺术的自由表达。 故用“A R T :”来表现这一概念； 通过字意与字形的转变，在一张一合，张弛有度的自由节奏中探求“美”的意义。 在应用系统中也贯彻这一概念，如导视系统中字与字的间距大小代表距离远近， 阶梯涂鸦，折页物料等都在阐释一张一合的动作识别。 动态化的视觉区别一成不变的设计，使其更有活力， 让自由表达这一概念深入学生心中。
